We envision a world where all (you) can access and use a common language and reference to describe what organizations do, how well they do it and where you can find information how to improve what they are doing.

We strive to bring together practitioners, experts and researchers around the world (you), to develop and share the de-facto standard for business metrics, processes, practices, terms, competencies and data.

We measure success by tallying the number of people, companies and universities (you) that use {{OR}} to learn and share. We want to be an enabler for individuals and businesses (you) to innovate, educate and achieve their goals.

We try our best to give online access to high quality {{OR}} content 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. To ensure world-wide, unrestricted, dissemination of knowledge, we do not enter into exclusive partnerships, with regards to access to our content or use of our trademarks.

We are a community-based organization. We must operate with a mix of diverse volunteers, working together to achieve our mission. We must listen and take into account our communities in any decisions taken to achieve our mission.
